Holimore provides digital services including but not limited to courses, programs, resume assistance, internship opportunities, AI tools, and job-related services. All services are delivered digitally and do not involve physical products.

2. No Cancellation Policy

Users are advised to carefully review all service details before making a purchase.

Once a purchase is made, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

3. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on the Platform are final and strictly non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of usage

  • Partial usage of services

  • Dissatisfaction after purchase

  • Failure to achieve expected outcomes (including job placement or results)

4. Refund Eligibility

As all services are non-refundable, users are not eligible for refunds once a payment has been successfully made.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, Holimore may, at its sole discretion, review refund requests. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed and decisions made by the Company shall be final and binding.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, the amount will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Refund / Complaint Process

If you believe there has been an error in billing or service delivery, you must raise a request by contacting us via email.

8. Payment Methods

Holimore reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
