Holimore provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • Online courses and training programs

  • Resume building assistance

  • Internship opportunities

  • AI tools and software-related services

  • Job-related guidance and resources

All services are delivered digitally and do not involve physical products.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree:

  • To provide accurate and complete information

  • Not to misuse the platform or services

  • Not to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities

  • To use services only for lawful and intended purposes

You are solely responsible for your actions while using the platform.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • All payments must be made in full before accessing services

  • Payments can be made via UPI, PhonePe, Razorpay, wallets, net banking, or other supported methods

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice

  • All payments are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy

4. No Refund & Cancellation

All purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable, as clearly stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Usage Restrictions

Users shall not:

  • Copy, distribute, or resell any content or services

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or exploit any part of the platform

  • Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

Violation may result in termination of access without notice.

  • Users are granted limited, non-transferable access for personal use only

7. Job / Internship Disclaimer

Holimore provides guidance, tools, and opportunities related to jobs and internships. However:

  • We do not guarantee job placement or outcomes

  • Results depend on individual skills, effort, and external factors

8. Limitation of Liability

Holimore shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, income, or opportunities

  • User dissatisfaction or unmet expectations

All services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways). We are not responsible for their services, policies, or actions.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Legal or security reasons

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably

  • If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India
